Theses sessions are open to any body with or without previous mindfulness / meditation experience. Their purpose is to introduce meditation to people, to refresh and develop our meditation and mindfulness practice in a supportive and friendly environment among like minded people.
You don't need to bring anything but people often bring a bottle of water and a pen and paper to write down thoughts and feelings. We tend to meditate in chairs, feel free to bring a meditation bench or cushion if you prefer.
There will be a range of guided meditations, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises and visualisations.
