Tailored meditation practice to suit your needs rather than one set course. Each session will comprise of mindfulness meditations, coaching and positive psychology. You will learn to sit in a healthy and energising way and be guided into a series of deep meditations which will include breathing, mantras, contemplation, mindfulness and visualisation meditations.
After the session and with continued practice you will be able to use meditation at any time throughout your day as required when you feel you need it.
